How we work, and how you pay for it
We sell capacity, not named individuals. One delivery unit is one full-time stream of senior-grade delivery with the technical leadership already included. You size an engagement in units; how each one is staffed is our problem, not yours.
Monthly, per unit.
The default for ongoing embedded work. Pick the number of units, we hold the capacity.
Hourly, time and materials.
For a defined project, the same unit expressed per hour. Parallel workstreams bill as parallel units.
Fixed price.
For limited, tightly scoped work we have discussed properly, with scope control that keeps it there.
Whichever you pick, it is the same underlying number, so the models cannot contradict each other. Details on the Mission and model page.
